Ingredients

    Chunk light Tuna in water (3 oz), 1 serving
    Fat Free Ranch Salad Dressing, 1 tbsp
    Celery / 1 stalk,
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 1 tsp
    Whole Wheat Tortilla, 1 serving 8"
    Cucumber (peeled), 1 medium
    Tomato, half

Directions

Mix tuna, ranch dressing. celery, black pepper, and Mrs. Dash
Microwave tortilla for 20 seconds to soften
Place cucumber slices on tortilla
Top with tuna salad and tomato
Roll up and serve.
