Ingredients

    Quinoa, Black beans, Corn, Green pepper (or celery), Diced Red Onion, Diced Green Chilis (if you want to go spicer use jalapenos). Finish off with Kraft sweet onion dressing.

Directions

- First, Rinse the quinoa in water until the water runs clear.
- Boil the quinoa in a manner similar to rice, with a ratio of 1:2, quinoa to water
- while the quinoa is cooking, chop up your green pepper and red onion
- After the quinoa is cooked (you can tell because it's absorbed all the water and the little white germ is now visible) put it into the fridge to cool
- Once the quinoa is cooled off, combine all ingredients, except the dressing (be sure to rinse the black beans before adding it to everything else)
- put back into the fridge and add dressing when your ready to serve!

Makes approximately seven servings.
