    2 medium boiled eggs.
    3 tsp of dijon mustard.
    1/2 tsp on Mayo
    onion powder to taste.

Directions

Hard boil eggs. Peel and mash eggs. Add mustard, mayo and onion powder. Makes 1 to 2 sandwiches.
