Ingredients

    1 Red Delicious Apple
    1/4 C Brown Sugar Blend
    1/4 C Country Crock
    1 Tsp Cinnamon
    0.75 Tsp Nutmeg

    2 Lean, pork loin chops

Salt & Pepper to taste (optional)

Directions

Lightly rub chops with salt & pepper. (Optional) Then place in slow cooker.

In small saucepan, combine all ingredients except apple & melt to carmelize slightly. Add sliced or chunked (based on your preference for apple slices) & mix to coat. Pour Mixture over chops.

Cook on low 10 hours.

(My crock pot cooks very quickly even on low, these are actually done in two hours on this setting for me. Adjust your own cooking time accordingly.)

    Incredible!
Don't hesitate to try this... it's as good (and easy) as it sounds! The apples and sauce compliment the pork deliciously! My cooker also cooked our 1-inch chops in 2 hours! I will try adding 1/4 cup chopped PECANS or WALNUTS on my next try! - 7/18/11

    Incredible!
This was SOOOOO good!! I made mine in the crock pot & it turned out amazing. It tastes like something that you might normally only have during the holidays. Sweet & tender.. I was glad I only made 2 chops because if there were more, me & my better half would have devoured them too! - 11/12/10
