Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 tsp each, Fresh Rosemary, Thyme & Sage
    2 Cloves Garlic, diced
    1 Loaf (about 8 slices) day old Rustic Bread cubed into 1' pieces
    1/ cup Olive Oil

Directions

Slice bread into 1' cubes. Spread cubes out on a cookie sheet and broil in the oven for about 5 minutes on the middle rack.

Heat oil in a small saute pan. Add in garlic and fresh herbs. Mix for about 1 minute till infused.

Toss bread oil and herbs together in a large bowl.

    These were great and so simple!

    I had a partial loaf of rustic bread to use up, and reduced the quantities by quite a bit, including the olive oil. They turned out great.
