Ingredients

    16oz bag of Kale
    16oz bag of collards
    3 tbls Olive Oil
    1 can of low fat chicken broth
    1 small onion sliced thin
    seasoning to taste (pepper, garlic etc)

Directions

Heat oil in dutch oven add onions, seasonings.
Heat until onions are clear.
Slowly pour in can of chiken broth. BE CAREFULL not to splater as oil is warm/hot, bring to a boil.
reduce heat slightly and add greens.
Cook until greens are tender

    Very Good
    I used cabbage and collards and we liked it a lot I am trying very hard to get collards and kale to be tender not chewy. This was good and DH and I enjoyed it thanks it is in my tracker. Pat in Maine. - 2/5/13
