Ingredients

    1/2lb lean ground beef
    2 cups water
    1 cup rice, dry
    1 cup corn
    1 cup peas
    1 cup spinach
    1/8 tsp salt


Directions

Brown meat. Drain fat. Add other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover with a lid. Turn down heat to medium and let simmer until rice is cooked, about 20 minutes.
