Ingredients

    1.25 cup butter
    1.33 cup brown sugar
    1 cup flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    5 eggs
    2 cups dark choc chopped
    .75cups dark choc chopped
    1 cup dbl cream
    .5 cup white chocolate

Directions

oven at 320F
melt 2 cups choc
separately, whisk  butter, and brown sugar till light and fluffy. add eggs one at time. add melted chocolate
fold in flour mixed with baking powder
pour into 9inch round pan. back 1 hour, til knife comes out clean
not more than 1.5 hrs

filling - melt .75 cup chocolate with double cream. let cool to thicken (if not thick, then whip it! its like whipping cream)

you can chop cake in two layers and put this in middle, or just on top
