Ingredients

1 medium onion, raw, chopped
1/2 tsp Garlic Puree (or garlic powder or fresh minced garlic)
1.25 cups Campbell's - Healthy Request, Cream of Mushroom
8 oz 96/4 extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup Fat Free Sour Cream
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 tsp Black Pepper (Ground)
1 TBSP worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
Directions
Brown ground beef in skillet
Add onion and garlic and stir together. Cook 3-5 minutes until well combined.
Add soup, sour cream, mushrooms, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Montreal steak seasoning.
Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add additional seasonings to taste and serve over egg noodles or rice or toast (these are not in nutritional info)
