Introduction

I make these ahead so that I have access to a smoothie in a matter of seconds. Freeze the prepared fruit and just add skim milk when ready to make. Ingredients

    2 Bags Great Value Berry Medley
    1 Bag Great Value Sliced Peaches
    1 container Great Value Slice Strawberries
    4 small bananas
    12 Ziploc bags
    Skim Milk

Directions

Pour all bags of fruit in a large bowl. Slice 4 bananas and put in bowl. Mix together and scoop into 12 ziploc sandwich bags. Put fruit in freezer.
When ready to serve, remove bag of fruit and put into blender. Add 1 cup skim milk. Blend well. Pour into cup and enjoy.
