Ingredients

1 lb Ground Turkey
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth (I use low fat/low sodium)
1 Med Onion
4 cloves Garlic
6 mushrooms sliced
1 Tbsp Curry
1 tsp Cumin
1 cup (8oz) light/low fat Sour Cream
Directions
Cook ground turkey then drain. Add the following to crockpot: cooked ground turkey, chicken broth, thinly sliced onion, minced garlic, sliced mushrooms, curry and cumin. cook on low for 3 hours. Then add sour cream and cook 30 min more. Serve over brown Rice. (Or can serve over whole wheat pasta if you prefer)
