    Beef Roast 1 pound
    Potatoes 484 g
    Baby carrots 84g
    Frozen green beans 6 oz

    1pk aujus seasoning
    4 bullion cubes
    pepper
    2 bayleaves

Directions

Chop and add all ingredients into the crockpot. Add water and season as you like.
