    2 tbs olive oil
    Chopped green peppers and onions (optional)
    Seasoning (your choice)


sautee shrimp in olive oil with optional chopped onions and green peppers. microwave frozen california medley for several minutes, then add to skillet with shrimp. Add seasoning of your choice. Cooked to your desired consistency.
