Ingredients

    Use:
    -1 box of spice cake
    -1 can of pure pumpkin
    -1/2 cup egg beaters or applesauce
    -2/3 of frosting
    -Orange food coloring (optional)
    -Green food coloring (optional)
    -Ice cream cone- flat bottom (optional)

Directions

-Mix all ingredients well. If you want the cake a little lighter, add an additional 1/4 tsp baking powder.
-Spray bundt cake pan. Cook according to spice cake directions.
-Mix frosting with food coloring and heat in microwave for 30 seconds. Poor over spice cake.
-If available, take an ice cream and cover it in green frosting. Top on top of cake for the stem.
