Ingredients

    You will need for this recipe:
    2 pie crusts homemade ( or you can buy them from the store.)* This recipe only makes 2 crusts so you need to double it to make 4 to do the whole recipe. I personally only do one batch at a time. It turns out better that way.
    2 cups of flour , 1 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of sugar, 2/3 cup of shortening and one cup of ice cold water . you will need 4-6 tsps of water to add at the end.

    Filling:
    2 cups of chicken or turkey
    1can of each 10.75 oz Cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup,and chedder cheese soup.
    1 bag of mixed vegetables

    * you will also need 1 egg beaten

Directions

Mix fllour,salt, and sugar together, then cut in shortening using a blender or fork. Slowly add water 1 tbsp at a time. Form into 2 seperate balls, wrap with plastic wrap and put in fridge for 1 hr.

Meanwhile Mix all the ingredients of the filling together in a large mixing bowl.

Roll out pie crust on flour surface place into pie pan or pans. Fill with filling and cover with other pie crust. Cut slit in middle. Brush crust with egg to give it a flaky crust. Hm..
Bake at 375* for 30 - 35 minutes.
