Ingredients

    1 c. soaked raw cashews
    1/4 c. water
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1/4 tsp plus 1/8 tsp salt
    1 tbsp minced fresh basil, or 1 tsp dried
    1 tbsp minced fresh dill weed, or 1 tsp dried

Directions

Place cashews, water, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Add the basil and dill weed and pulse briefly, just to mix. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Will keep for 5 days.
