Introduction

Ingredients

    250 g pork sausage diced
    1 red bell pepper diced
    1 oignon diced
    80 g pearl oignons (jar) -more if you want to
    2 tsp vegetable bouillon
    1 big can tomatoes diced
    120 g rice uncooked

Directions

Cook rice.
Heat oil, add oignon, bell pepper, tomatoes and pearl oignons. Season with 2 tsp boiullon, salt and pepper, add sausage and heat through.
Add rice and serve.
