Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs. ground venison
    1.5 cups oats
    1 large egg
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 cup chopped bell pepper
    6 Tbsp ketchup, divided
    2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    3 tsp black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine venison, oats, egg, onions, bell pepper, 3 Tbsp. ketchup, worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Spray a glass pan with cooking spray and form the meat mixture into a loaf. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Drizzle with 3 Tbsp. ketchup.

Cook for 45 minutes covered and 5 minutes uncovered.

Makes 8 4-oz. servings.
