Introduction

This is an awesome low carb side dish, with healthy fats. You can always substitute the Blue Cheese for Feta Cheese if you prefer one over the other. Ingredients

    4 Cups Fresh Cut Green Beans (or 2 Cans)
    1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Blue Cheese
    1 Tblsp Extra Light Olive Oil
    1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
    Salt/Pepper to taste

Directions

Heat Extra Light Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add green beans, and toss to coat. Saute until the beans are heated through. Sprinkle with nuts and crumbled blue cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste
