Introduction

One a cold day, this hearty soup will warm you and feed you well. One a cold day, this hearty soup will warm you and feed you well.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 carrots, sliced
    4 stalks of celery, sliced
    1 med. onion, sliced
    1 lg turnip, diced
    5 tsp. or cubes of chicken or vegetable bouillon
    2 chicken breasts, boneless skinless, diced
    6 cups water


Directions

put 6 cups water in pot over low heat while you add the vegetables. Add bouillon and bring to a low boil. Add diced chicken and keep over med. heat for 20 min untill chicken is fully cooked. Simmer 40 min. serve hot.
makes 4 large or 8 1cup servings
