Introduction

Ingredients

    24 oz white albacore tuna in water
    1 tart apple
    1C raisins
    .25 C pickled jalapeno peppers
    .5 C celery
    6 T. mayo
    4 tsp curry powder
    juice of 1/2 lime

Directions

Chop veggies and fruit. Combine all the ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add .25 C red onion and/or salt if desired. Serve with a good bread and/or celery sticks.
