Introduction

I love this stuff. I love this stuff.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 (8oz bag) "No Yolk" Egg White Noodles
    1 Red Bell Pepper
    1/2 Onion
    3 Chicken Breasts
    1 Can Corn
    1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans
    1 Can French Cut Green Beans
    1 Medium sized Carrot (peeled & sliced)
    1 tsp Poultry seasoning
    1 Cup Brown Rice, medium grain (uncooked)
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper
    5 Cans Chicken Broth (10.75 oz)
    1 Large Potato (diced)
    2 TBSP's Vegetable Oil

Directions

1. In a large (4 Quart) sauce pan heat 2 TBSP's on med temp until hot.
2. Saute chicken & onion until chicken is browned.
3. Add Poultry seasonings, salt & half of the pepper.
4. Add every thing else (excluding the egg noodles).
5. Bring to a boil & then reduce heat & simmer for 2 hrs.
6. 12 minutes before the soup is done add the egg noodles & remaining pepper.
