Ingredients

    1 lbs ground venison (can substitute hamburger)
    1 small can of mushrooms, drained
    1 onion, chopped
    10 saltine crackers, crushed

Directions

I like to use an electric food chopper to chop my onions and mushrooms as well as my crackers. (Kids can't detect the mushrooms if they can't see them!) Mix all ingredients together and add to small size crockpot (like the ones you might use for hot dips.) Cook on low (mine only has one setting) for 6-8 hours.
