Introduction

I make this every Thanksgiving & Christmas. The family would think they were lost if I didn't fix it. I make this every Thanksgiving & Christmas. The family would think they were lost if I didn't fix it.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 sm. pkgs. sugar free raspberry jello
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 can crushed pineapple in juice.
    1 can whole cranberry sauce
    1 container (1 lb) light sour cream

Directions

Dissolve jello in boiling water, stirring until it is all dissolved. Add pineapple & cranberry. Pour in the whole can, juice & all. Put 1/2 in a jello mold or 9x13 dish. Chill until set. Spread sour cream over top of jello, then add the rest of the jello. Return to the refrigerator until set.
