Ingredients

    Bacon, 2 medium slices, cooked (raw product )
    Rabbit Meat, .5 piece, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw
    Carrots, raw, 3 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    *SPICE Salt & Pepper 1 dash, 1 serving
    Rosemary, 1 tbsp
    Thyme: 1teaspoon
    Flour: 1 tablespoon

Directions

Wrap the roast in the two slices of bacon and brown in a non-stick pan
Add the onions and get them brown
Add the carrots, the thyme and the rosemary and half a cup of water, with a tablespoon of flour
Add a dash of pepper. Salt is not really necessary because of the bacon
Put a lid on your pan and cook at low temperature.
