Introduction

I made this cranberry smoothie in my VitMix blender, so it was very smooth and retained the fiber of the fruit. I made this cranberry smoothie in my VitMix blender, so it was very smooth and retained the fiber of the fruit.

Ingredients

    1 cup seedless green grapes
    1 whole banana, peeled
    1/2 orange, rind removed
    1/2 apple (remove seeds and peel if not using Vita Mix)
    1/2 cup cranberries, fresh
    1 inch section of fresh pineapple, outer layer removed but core intact
    1 1/2 cups ice


Directions

Put ingredients in VitaMix in order listed except ice. Use tamper to push fruit into the blades if neccessary. When smooth add the ice on the blender's highest setting until smooth.
