* 1 Can - 4.5 oz - Starkist Tuna Albacore White in Water
* 1 Tblsp - Red Salsa (prepared or home made)
* 1/2 Cup - Black Beans
* 1/4 Cup - White Onion Chopped
* 1 Whole - Roma Tomato Chopped
* 2 Tbsp - Lime Juice (1 Lime)
* 1 Whole - Serrano Pepper (or Jalapeno) Chopped and Lightly Seeded
* 1 Tbsp - Cilantro, Finely Chopped
** Salt - Optional (not included in nutritional info)
Directions
1. Place tuna in bowl and shred
2. Add chopped ingredients and lime juice to bowl of tuna
3. Add beans
4. Mix thoroughly
