Introduction

This recipe is so quick and easy that anyone could do it and doesn't take much time at all. I get the milk ready to put in the microwave to heat, then separate the eggs and mix with pepper, then heat the pan and butter my rye the same time, then put the egg mixture into pan and turn on microwave to heat milk and and just as the eggsare ready to be flipped, the milk is done and I add the sugar substitute and cocoa then mix well. Then add the cheese to the eggs and it's all done in about 2-3 minutes. So anyone can make time to have a healthy breakfast. Ingredients

    3 Egg whites

2 or more dashes of groung black pepper

1-1/2 slices of Borden Fat-free american cheese

2 slices of Shoprite's Light rye bread

1 tablespoon Smart Balance Light spread

    1 cup fat-free Milk (I buy Shoprite's brand)

1 tablespoon of Shoprite's Natural Unsweetened baking cocoa

1 Natrataste, equal or other sweetner you prefer

Directions

Gently whip egg whites with black pepper, set aside. Heat frying pan, spray pan with Fat-free cooking spray. Add egg mixture to pan. When eggs are cooked on one side flip it over and then add cheese to one half of the omelet. When egg is cooked on bottom flip the non-cheese half over to cover cheese half and cook few seconds more then remove to plate. Butter rye with SB spread (or toast the rye first if you prefer). Heat up 1 cup milk, remove and then add sweetner and 1 level tablespoon of cocoa powder and mix thoroughly.

There you have your high protein quick and easy breakfast that anyone can make in couple of minutes.
**You can also put the omelet on the bread to make a breakfast sandwich.
