This will warm you up in those chilly winter days This will warm you up in those chilly winter days
Number of Servings: 10


    3 tbsp Olive Oil
    4 cups dried Egg Noodles
    6 cans Chicken Broth (10.75 oz)
    1 lb Chicken Breast baked and cut into 1" cubes
    6 large Carrots chopped
    2 medium Onions Chopped
    1 medium Celery stalk Chopped
    1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary
    2 whole Bay Leaves
    1 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes (more if you like it extra spicy)
    1 1/2 cup Water
    Salt and Pepper to taste


In a large pot warm the olive oil on medium high. Add the veggies and cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Now fill the pot with the chicken broth and water. Bring this to a boil and add in the egg noodles and chicken. When egg noodles soften add in the spices and let simmer on med low stirring occasionally for 20 minutes. This soup is ready to be eaten and tastes even better the next day!
