I wanted BBQ chicken pizza but I didn't want to order take out, so I made it myself. I hope you enjoy! Take the calories with a grain of salt - I didn't exactly measure the amount of cheese or barbecue sauce that I used. Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. water
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 Chicken breast
1 Onion
1 cup barbecue sauce
Shredded Cheese (I used Swiss)
Directions
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add water to form dough. May need to add more water - form dough into pizza shape on lightly floured surface.
Defrost chicken and cut into small cubes. Add olive oil and onion to skillet; cook until soft.
Spread vegetable oil over crust of pizza (to prevent sauce from sinking in), then add barbecue sauce, spreading well over surface of pizza. Add browned onions.
Return pan to heat and add chicken; cook until done. Add chicken to top of pizza, spreading evenly.
Cover everything in a good layer of shredded cheese.
Cook in preheated oven, 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust edges are golden brown.
