Ingredients

Egg white, 3
Morningstar Veggie Sausage Links, 8 oz., shredded
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
*Kraft 2% Mild Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325 deg.
2. Saute onion and mushrooms in warm saucepan. Add sausage links, cook until warm through - about 5 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, mix egg whites, eggs, milk, and cheese in large mixing bowls.
4. Using a well-oiled muffin tin, evenly distribute egg mixture into 12 cups, filling about 3/4 full.
5. Sprinkle the sausage mixture in each egg filled muffin cup.
6. Bake at 325 deg for 20 minutes or until the egg starts to brown on top.
7. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then using a wire rack, flip eggs out of muffin tin.
