Introduction

A good cold weather soup. A good cold weather soup.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Vegetable Broth
    Zuchinni
    Dice tomato (either green chile or basil flavor)
    Carrots
    Turnip
    Garlic
    Red potato
    Onion
    Celery
    Green Peppers
    Corn
    Green beans
    Chicken breast

Directions

Chop all the veggies and the chicken

Put onion and garlic in hot pot and saute in broth until onions are translucent

Add chicken and brown

Add canned tomato with juice

Add vegetables and broth

Season to taste (it depends on which canned diced tomatoes used as to what is appropriate)

Bring to a boil and then allow to simmer for 30 minutes
