Introduction

Ground turkey mixed with a bunch of veggies, some spices and you have your food. I ate it with just 2 pieces of Weight Watchers toast, but I am sure some rice or pasta would be a great base for this meal as well. Ingredients

    2 cups cabbage
    2 cups white onion (1 large)
    2 cups of carrots
    1/2 bouillon cube (mixed with 1 cup of water)
    1/2 cup of tomato sauce
    1 tsp poultry seasoning
    1 tsp sage
    1 tsp celery seed
    dash of salt
    pepper

Directions

Chop all the veggies. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to a large pot. Add turkey to pot and cook. When turkey is almost done cooking, add all the veggies, the water with bouillon cube and cook. Add in tomato sauce and seasonings. Let simmer for about 15 minutes till all the veggies are tender.
