Ingredients

    1. chicken
    2. 2 qt. cans of tomato juice without salt
    3. 2 qts of stewed tomatoes without salt
    4. 2 qt. bag of cut frozen okra
    5. 2 to 3 cans of mixed vegetables
    6. 1 box of whole wheat pasta






Directions

This will make a lot of soup that freezes well. First of all boil chicken and de-bone it. Pour tomato juice and stewed tomatoes into crockpot or large stockpot with chicken broth from boiling chicken. Add remaining ingredients including your chicken let simmer until pasta and okra are done. I usually get about 3 gallons to freeze plus dinner for 2 nights. You can add as much or as little as you want.
