Introduction

A cold weather morning pick-me-up that's sweetened only by it's fruit, and loaded with Potassium and Fiber! A cold weather morning pick-me-up that's sweetened only by it's fruit, and loaded with Potassium and Fiber!

Ingredients

    1 - Large Golden Delicious Apple, cored and chopped
    1- Cup Fresh or Frozen unsweetened Dark Cherries, pitted and cut in half
    1- Cup "Coach's Oats" or other Cracked and Toasted Steel Cut oatmeal
    3- Cups Fresh Filtered Water
    1- Tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Directions

Core and Chop Apple
Pit and Cut Cherries in half
add Fruit, Oatmeal, Vanilla and Water to 2 Quart Saucepan. Cook over Medium heat, stirring frequently until, water is absorbed (approx. 5 minutes for Coach's Oats).
Makes three 1&1/4 cup servings.
