Ingredients

    CAKE:
    1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
    2 cups SPLEND® Granular
    3 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters
    2 cups (less 1 T) fat free milk
    1 T distilled white vinegar
    1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
    1 tsp vanilla extract

    FROSTING:
    1 (8 oz) container fat free whipped topping
    1 (3.4oz) packet Jell-O Fat Free/Sugar Free Instant Chocolate Pudding (prepared w/ fat free milk)

Directions

To Make Cake:

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour three 8- or 9-inch round cake pans or one 9x13 inch tray.

2. In a large bowl, combine flour, SPLENDA®, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center.

3. Add egg substitute, milk, applesauce and vanilla. Batter will be thin. Pour into prepared pans.

4. Bake 30 - 40 minutes.
