    * Beans, black, 1.25 cup (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)
    * *Splenda, 48 tsp (remove)
    * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 3 tbsp (remove)
    * Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)
    * Cream Cheese, .25 cup (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * **Oat Flour (1/3 cup), 30 gram(s) (remove)

Directions

Preheat your oven 350 degrees. Open your can of black beans, then drain and thoroughly rinse them in a colander. Pat your rinsed black beans dry with some paper towel.

Add your black beans to a blender or food processor, followed by all remaining ingredients, except for your optional toppings.

    ok I made this and it looked and felt just like cake. you cannot taste beans I was amazed however it needs a sweet frosting thats no carb any ideas? - 9/6/11

    Incredible!
    These are just fantastic! They turn out more cake like than brownie, but they are so good! I may add some chopped nuts or a few chocolate chips in the future, just for texture - but these additions will also elevate the numbers... Thank you for sharing this recipe! - 5/9/11
