Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 fresh pineapple
    1 whole kiwi (keep skin on for extra fiber)
    1 small banana
    2 cups fat free french vanilla yogurt
    1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
    1 cup high fiber cereal
    Ice

Directions

Cut fruit in chunks.
Place first 5 ingredients (diced fruit, yogurt, juice) in blender.
Blend on high.
Add cereal a little at a time until well blended.
Add as much ICE as desired, until smoothie reach your prefer consitancy -- I like it thick like a shake.
