Introduction

A delicious autumn or winter sweet treat, with no added sugar and tons of antioxidants! A delicious autumn or winter sweet treat, with no added sugar and tons of antioxidants!

Ingredients

    - 2 bags frozen cranberries, rinsed (roughly 6 1/4 cups)
    - 2 medium apples, chopped

Directions

Makes 4.5 cups total. Each serving is 1/2 cup and 60 calories!

Core & chop the apples, and rinse the cranberries. Mix the apples and cranberries in a large pan and turn on high until it starts to stick. Add water as needed to unstick the fruits. They'll cook down into an apple-sauce like substance (the compote!) Serve and enjoy, or store and chill for later enjoyment.
