Ingredients

    1/2 cup steal-cut oats
    1/2 cup quinoa (well rinsed)
    1 apple, cored and coarse chopped (unpeeled)
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    1/3c tablespoons craisins
    2 cups water (modified to 1c milk / 1c water)
    1 tablespoon agave nectar

Directions

1Mix all ingredients except for the toppings in a pot and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20-30 minutes.

2Stir and serve with raw honey, banana, and rice milk.
