Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Low Sodium Tomatoes, 14.5 oz can
    *Mrs Dash Southwest Chipotle, 2 tsp
    *96/4 Extra Lean Ground Beef, 4 oz browned
    Black Beans, Dried, 3/4 cup
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp
    Lime Juice, .5 fl oz
    Jalapeno Peppers, 3 peppers

Directions

Cook dried beans according to directions, but without salt. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer.

I like to add this to the slow cooker and let it go for a couple of hours.
