Yummy twist to an old favorite! Yummy twist to an old favorite!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 Cups thin sliced red cabbage,
    1/2 cup dried tart red cherries,
    1 T. red raspberry preserves (I use sugar free),
    1 red onion, thinly sliced,
    1/2 cup red raspberry vinaigrette

Directions

Combine in larg bowl: cabbage, onion, & cherries. In a small bowl combine vinaigrette and preserves. Pour over cabbage and mix. Serve at room temperature or chill up to 6 hours. Makes about 6 1-cup servings.
