Ingredients

    1 whole chicken cooked in slow cooker overnight-then skinned and deboned
    8 cups water
    1 stalk celery-diced
    2 onions minced
    2 Cans Campbells Healthy Choice Cream of Chicken soup
    6 carrots shredded

    1/2 cup dry brown rice
    1/2 cup dry wild rice
    3 cups water for cooking all rice

Directions

Cook chicken in slow cooker overnight, debone and remove skin. Place back in slow cooker. Add 8 cups water, onion, carrots & soup. Continue to cook in slow cooker. Separately, cook all rice with 3 cups of water on stove until done. Add fully cooked rice to soup in slow cooker. May add additional water to fill up slow cooker. Stir and continue to cook in slow cooker another 4 hours on high. Yeilds 16 1-cup servings.
