Ingredients

    2 cans black beans, drained
    1 can pumpkin*
    2 cans low sodium fat free chicken broth
    Chili powder, to taste
    Crushed red pepper, to taste
    Garlic powder, to taste
    Onion powder, to taste

    *Note: Pure pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling

Directions

Mix all ingredients and heat thoroughly. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
