Ingredients

    *Platinum Hydro Whey, 2 scoops
    Heavy Whipping Cream, .50 cup
    Sucralose (like Splenda), 10 tsp
    Westbrae, WestSoy Soy Slender Soymilk Vanilla, 6 cups
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1.5 cup
    Grated nutmeg
    Real vanilla extract
    dash of cinnamon if desired

Directions

Whisk all ingredients together -- add vanila and grated nutmeg to taste. Most of the ingredients can also be adjusted to taste without chaning the carb count significantly. The servings are generous size cups, if you use a small cup it will make more servings with fewer carbs per serving -- Chill and enjoy!!
