Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (1lb)
    *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    minced Garlic, 2 tsp
    Ziti, uncooked pasta, 16 oz (1 box)
    Prego- Heart Smart-Onion & Garlic (100% Natural), 3 cup (1 jar)
    Onions, raw, .5 medium, chopped
    Broccoli, fresh, 3 cup, chopped
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

- Place the pasta to cook in hot boiling water (normally only takes 10-12 minutes to cook al dente)
- While pasta is cooking, cook your onions, then add the meat, and the seasoning (soy sauce, minced garlic, pepper) *I sometimes add Italian seasoning*
-Add the chopped Broccoli to saute them with everything
- Then add the Pasta sauce.
-To finish add the sauce & goodies to the pasta
-Should make 4-6 servings
