Ingredients

    1 large can diced tomatoes
    1 jar favorite marinara sauce
    1 clove fresh garlic, crushed
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Combine tomatoes, marinara, garlic and spinach in a large sauce pan and bring to a simmer for 20 minutes. Ladle into oven-proof bowls covering each with two slices provolone. Place in the oven on a cookie sheet just until melted – about 5 minutes. Serve with crusty gluten-free bread or topped with gluten-free croutons.
