Introduction

This salsa is great as a salad or dip. If I serve it as a dip I usually use some type of corn chips. (Fritos are the hubby's fave) This salsa is great as a salad or dip. If I serve it as a dip I usually use some type of corn chips. (Fritos are the hubby's fave)
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 can black beans (rinse & drain)
    1 can shoe peg corn (drain)
    1 bunch green onions chopped
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
    3 splenda packets

Directions

1. Mix black beans, corn, green onions together.

2. Add in olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and splenda. Mix well.

3. Add in feta cheese last.
