Very easy to make, cheap too. I made this a lot as a student and still make it today for the protein and especially the flavor! You could certainly add salt if you prefer the flavor. Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 200 grams
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 2 tbsp
    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1 cup
    *chilli pepper or crushed pepper, 4 tsp
    *sugar, table, 1 tbsp
    *Crushed Garlic, 1 tsp
    White Rice, long grain, 2 cup
    *Cumin - ground (1 tsp), 2 tsp
    *Vegetable, Mixed, frozen, 1 serving, 2 serving
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp

Directions

Prepare rice and/or veggies in advance and add near the end. Feel free to add more veggies too, this is a meat & carbs loaded meal as stands! Reduce the hot spice too to suit your palate.

Aside from that, brown the beef in a skillet and then add the spices and you are set in 10-15 minutes! Ensure beef is thoroughly cooked.

Serve on rice with vegetables.

    I think there may be an error with this recipe - 2 TABLESPOONS of cayenne plus 4 teaspoons of crushed red pepper into just 0.5lb of ground beef is going to be way, way too spicy for most people! - 10/12/18
