Ingredients

    1 Cup Blue Bonnet Light Margarine
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1/2 Cup Splenda with fiber
    1/2 Cub powered sugar
    2 Cups King Arthur Whole Wheat flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 Cup quick oats
    1/2 Cup finely chopped almonds
    Powered sugar to sprinkle over hot cookies


Directions

Heat oven to 325. Beat maragarine and almond extract until fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar. Add combined flour and salt. Mix well. Stir in oats and almonds. Shape to form crescents. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15-18 minutes or until light golden brown. Sift powered sugar over warm crescents. Makes about 4 dozen.
